All bookings should be confirmed in writing by email or letter
All cancellations should be confirmed in writing at least 24 hours before the booking, in any case where this is not done the customer may be charged 50% of the charge, if notice is not given at least 12 hours before the customer may be charged in full.
If a customer fails to show for a confirmed booking the customer will be charged in full.
Any deliberate damage caused by a customer to a vehicle will be charged in full to the customer.
The driver of the vehicle reserves the right to ask any customer to leave the vehicle if their behaviour is not in line with Cheam Limousines policy of ‘polite and proper’ behaviour.
No smoking is allowed in any vehicle.
Cheam Limousines Ltd will always try and accommodate requests for a particular vehicle, however, if this type of vehicle is not available a similar model of the same quality may be used.
Vehicles shown on our Web Site are examples of the vehicles used by Cheam Limousines Ltd.
If a customer does not pay invoices on time the company reserves the right to refuse to conduct further work for that company.
If work is required to be conducted outside of the original booking schedule the customer may be asked to provide a Credit or Debit Card as guarantee of payment.
Waiting time will be charged for all waiting time outside of the original booking schedule.
Cheam Limousines Ltd may change these terms & conditions from time to time. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. These terms & conditions are effective from March 2011.
